Shipping Policy

When you have submitted an order, the candle making process begins. Candles need to be set to cool for a couple of hours in room temperature ONLY. Refrigeration or any expedited cooling vessel is not used as any part of the entire candle making process. Following is the process of curing for the candle dye color and/or essential oils for scented candles, which can take anywhere from 4-7 days depending on the size or amount of beeswax used for the specific shape of the candle. As these are made-to-order artisanal candles, the 1-4 weeks delivery time setting is listed to cover a typical domestic ship time of 2-5 days standard ground domestics  plus an extra 2-3 weeks for international shipments to include processing through customs.
